Authorization Statuses
Authorization requests can be updated across the following statuses:
- Pending: Submitted and awaiting review
- Information Requested: Reviewer has asked for additional information from the submitter
- Approved: The authorization has been approved. May include override values for duration or start date
- Denied: The authorization has been denied. A denial reason is recorded
- Withdrawn: The authorization has been withdrawn by the submitter or reviewer
Urgency Levels
Urgency levels are assigned by the authorization submitter, and contain the following options:
- Standard: Normal processing timeline
- Expedited: Faster processing is requested
- 24 Hours: Requires a decision within 24 hours
Published State
Authorization requests also have a publish state:
- Draft: The authorization is saved but has not been submitted for review. Only visible to the creator.
- Published: The authorization has been submitted and is visible to the reviewing organization.
