Inquiry Detail

This dataset is used to populate the aaa. It pulls data from the Inquiries table with JOINS to the following tables.

·       GlobalCodes

·       Staff

It pulls data base on the following criteria.

·       Only pull inquiry records with InquiryStartDateTime within the date range setup by the StartDate and EndDate parameters.

·       Only pull inquiry records with status values within the selected Status parameter.

·       Only pull inquiry records with programid values within the selected Programs parameter.

·       Only pull inquiry records whose inquiry type is “CARE Act Inquiry”

Special Notes regarding the dataset:

·       The dataset is a CTE script that contains three CTEs. They are as followed:

o   DispositionServiceTypesPivot. This CTE is designed to pull inquiry’s Disposition Service Type data. It is designed to only pull Disposition Service Type data where it’s ServiceType value is one of the following:

§  County MH Services

§  County SUD Services

§  CalAIM Community Supports and/or ECM (including housing supports and services)

§  Social Services and Supports

§  Specialized Program: FSP

§  Specialized Program: ACT

§  Specialized Program: FACT

§  Specialized Program: Early Psychosis Intervention

§  No connection (insufficient info or incomplete transaction/encounter with individual)

§  Other

o   CAREPresentingProblems. This CTE is designed to pull inquiry’s Presenting Problem data. It is designed to only pull Presenting Problem data where it’s ProblemList value is one of the following:

§  CARE: Eligibility Info

§  CARE: Petition Assistance, info about petition process, self-help center info or services

§  CARE: Mental Health Court

§  CARE: Housing services and supports

§  CARE: MH or SUD services and supports

§  CARE: Outreach/education for advertising/promoting

o   InquiryDispositions. This CTE is designed to pull inquiry’s Dispositions data.

This dataset is used to populate the Status parameter. It pulls data from the GlobalCodes table.

It pulls data base on the following criteria.

·       Only pull active global codes

·       Only pull global codes with the exact term “Inquirystatus” in the beginning of it’s Category column value

·       Only pull global codes that are non-soft deleted (I.E. RecordDeleted = ‘N’/NULL)

Programs

This dataset is used to populate the Program parameter. It pulls data from the StaffClinicalDataAccessGroup table with LEFT OUTER JOINs to Programs and ClinicaldataAccessGroupPrograms table.

Pulls data base on the following criteria:

·       All records from all involve tables are non-softdeleted.

·       Only pull Programs records whose Active column value is within what is selected in the Active Program parameter.

·       Only pull StaffClinicalDataAccessGroup records whose ClinicalDataAccessGroupId matches with the value within ClinicalDataAccess GroupId parameter

Only pull StaffClinicalDataAccessGroup records whose StaffId matches with the values within the ExecutedByStaffId parameter
