CalMHSA 213 – Staff Licenses and Expiration Dates

Report Description

This report identifies all staff members with active licenses within a user-defined date range (based on two parameters). It displays each license’s expiration date to help track upcoming renewals. The report is intended for supervisors and SysAdmins to monitor and maintain staff licenses.

This is the main dataset for the report. It pulls data from the Staff table with a JOIN to the StaffLicenseDegrees table.

The data is pulled base off the following criteria:

·       Only pull Active Staffs records

·       All pulled records are non-soft deleted (I.E. RecordDeleted = ‘N’/Null)

·       Only pull Staffs records that have it’s NonStaffUser column = NULL

·       Only pull associated StaffLicenseDegrees records whose start and end date are within the date range setup by the Start and End Date parameters
