CalMHSA 124 – Closed Loop External Referrals Report

Report Description

This report provides an overview of all external referrals recorded found on the Client Information (Client) screen, External Referrals tab. It displays the current information of each referral and allows users to filter results by referral creation date range, type of provider (with multi-select options), and referral status (with multi-select options). This enables efficient tracking, monitoring, and follow-up of all external referral activity.

This main primary dataset for the report. It is designed to pull the external referral data from the ClientPrimaryCareExternalReferrals table with the following:

·       Only pull non-softdeleted records

·       Only pull ClientPrimaryCareExternalReferrals records whose’s ProviderType values matches with all the selected options within the ProviderType parameter.

·       Only pull ClientPrimaryCareExternalReferrals records whose’s Status values matches with all the selected options within the Statuses parameter.

·       Only pull ClientPrimaryCareExternalReferrals records whose’s CreatedDate values are within date range that is setup by the StartDate and EndDate parameters.
