This query is the main query used to pull the data that is displayed in the report. The query pulls admitted status client’s data with the following criteria:

1) within the selected units on the Unit parameter

2) is assigned to a bed with the status of Occupied

3) bed assignment disposition is NULL

Here are some noteworthy things about the data that is pulled:

·         All client data that is pull are active and non-deleted.

·         If the data involves start and end dates, the query will make sure the current date (I.E. date of report being ran) is within the start and end dates. If the end date can be NULL, the query will take that in consideration too. (Data will show if end date is NULL.) Example: Client’s MH coverage. For the coverage to show up on the report, the coverage’s start date <= current date <= coverage’s end date.

·         Pulls all client’s Treatment Team members records per program. Also include the client’s assigned inpatient Physician and Clinician with the Treatment Team list in the Care Team column.

·         Pulls all client’s non-discontinued orders that are flagged as observation (I.E. Order record’s showonwhiteboard = ‘Y’) or is “Safely Check” order type.

·         Pulls all client’s non-completed, current flags
