For staff/users who are direct service staff need to be associated with all programs they provide services in. Users, including non-direct service staff, need to be associated with all programs they will be creating documents for, as almost all documents in SmartCare will be associated with a program.
- Click the Add Program(s) button.
- This will bring up a popup window with programs that are associated with the user’s CDAG that are not yet associated with the user. Select any programs that you want to associate with the user. Click OK. To select multiple CDAGs at a time, you can use the control and shift keys.
- You should now see the programs you’ve added in the Programs Click Save.
