1. With the client open, click on the search icon.

2. Type in “Client Tracking” in the search bar.

3. Select “Client Tracking (Client)” from the search results.
4. This takes you to the Client Tracking list page. Click on the Delete (X) icon next to the tracking protocol you want to remove.
5. This brings up a popup asking you what you want to do with the flags that have been created by this protocol. Select the appropriate option and enter your initials.
6. Click OK.
7. The message will change to let you know what action was taken. Click Close. If you still see the protocol on the list page, click your browser’s refresh button.
