How to Modify a Tracking Protocol

Note that when you modify a tracking protocol, any instances of this protocol that are already present in the system will NOT be updated based on these modifications. Modifications will be seen on any new instances of this protocol being added to a client’s chart.

1. Click the Search icon.
2. Type in “Tracking Protocols” in the search bar.
3. Select “Tracking Protocols (Administration)” from the search results.
4. This takes you to the Tracking Protocols list page. Use the filters to find the Tracking Protocol you want to modify. Click the link in the ProtocolName column.
   
5. This takes you to the Tracking Protocol Details screen. Make any modifications you need to. See How to Create a Tracking Protocol for more details on what each field means. Click Save and close when you are finished.
