Brief Description: Makes group services function similar to individual services regarding program + procedure code validations.
Details: When this key is set to “Yes”, the system will limit the procedure code, location, mode of delivery, and other service options to only those that are associated with the group service’s assigned program. If this is set to “No”, then the system allows any group procedure code, any location, any mode of delivery, etc. to be selected in the group service, basically ignoring the program selection.
