It does the following: It starts from CaliforniaCalOMSStateReportAdmissionSubmittedDataset as the base table, so each row is fundamentally an admission record. It joins to Documents, DocumentCodes, Programs, and CustomPrograms to tie that admission back to the SmartCare document and program, and it applies CDAG security with ssf_ApplyCDAGRules.
