Please follow the below steps to initiate a query for external documents from the Carequality Network:
- From your home screen, click the Patients/Clients menu option.
- Click New Patient.
- In the Search window, enter the Client/Patient demographics in the corresponding fields.
- Click Search.
- The Results will appear in the grid below. Click Import.
- Click the Client/Patient hyperlinked name.
- Click the Overview dropdown menu in the upper-right hand corner.
- Select Clinical Summaries.
- Click the Source dropdown and select External.
- Click Initiate Query. This may take a minute or two.
If there are no documents available to be retrieved, the following message will appear
If there are any documents available to be retrieved, the following Success message will appear.
- Click the document(s) you want to view from the left side and it will display to the right.
- Click Import. If you would like to integrate the information from your retrieved document into the “Overview” screen (which inserts data into the client’s widgets).
- Click Print to download and/or print the document.
