Description:
A report from Streamline that allows users to view all activity staff members have done within a set date range.
There are two sections in the Report. They are as follows:
- Filter Section
- Staff/Client Access Tracking – Displays all activity that meets the criteria set by the filter section
Below are the input fields available in the Filter Section.
- Start Date
- End Date
- Staff – A single select dropdown that display all staff name along with their active/inactive status
- Client Id – This filter is hidden when running the report from the search bar. This filter will only appear when report is run from the My Reports list page. The filter is a textbox that allows users specify certain clients. There is a NULL checkbox that is included in that when checked, it greys out the textbox, allowing the report to pull data on all clients.
- Sort By – A single select dropdown that allows users to sort the report by any of the data columns
- Ascending/Descending – A single select dropdown that gives users additional sort option in sorting the data by ascending/descending alphabetical/number values.
Below are the columns shown in the Service Details section,
- Staff Name – Display the Staff member’s name
- Client Id – Display the client’s id
- Client Name – Display the client’s name
- Activity Type – Display the action the staff member performs with the client.
- Screen Name – Display the screen the staff member was on when they perform said action
- Event Date – Display the date of the action
- Screen Detail – Displays the following base on certain conditions
- If the accessed screen is the Service Detail screen, then the column will display the Procedure Code that was used in the Service Detail.
- If the accessed screen is a Document related screen, then the column will display the Document Name.
- If the accessed screen is associated with Banners, then the column will display ‘Banner’.
- If the accessed screen is a Client Search screen, then the column will display the Screen Name.
- If none of the conditions are not met, then the column will display nothing.
- Effective Date – If the action/event involves a document, then display the document’s effective date.
