If prescriptions have been queued for you, you will be able to see this and the total number in your Verbal/Queued Orders widget on your dashboard. Selecting the number in the row for the queued medications will take you to Medication Rx and to the queued prescriptions.
These queued orders will also appear in the Medication List for the client in Medication Management Rx. They will be the ones with the letter ‘A’ next to them. Selecting the ‘A’ will open a screen for you to approve the prescriptions.
We will walk through this process from the Verbal/Queued Orders dashboard widget.

- Select the radio button next to the client’s name in the Orders
- The details of the prescription will show on the right side of the screen. Use the scroll bar to view it.
- Select Approve Order.
A green check mark will now display on the row of the prescription that was approved. The radio button for the next prescription will automatically be selected.
- With the next prescription selected, you can view the details of it on the right side of the screen and Select Approve Order.
