To login, you’ll need the URL for the environment you’re logging into. Make sure you’re logging into the correct environment. Remember, there are 3 environments each county is given:

- Production environment – default coded as Blue
- QA environment – default coded as Yellow
- Train environment – default coded as Green
Enter the username and temporary password your system administrator provided you and click login.
Multi-Factor Authentication
If your county has MFA turned on, then this will take you to another screen. The MFA screen will look like this:
(If your county does not have MFA turned on for the environment you’re logging into, skip to the “Success!” section of this article.)
Look in your email inbox for a message from [email protected]
Enter your security question answer and the 2FA code sent to your inbox. Click Submit.
Success!
This should take you into SmartCare. You’ve successfully logged in! Your default page is likely the dashboard, which looks similar to the below screenshot.
