Error Type: 4412 End Date Does Not Equal Start Date

This error occurs when services start date is different from services end date.

• Example: Service Date of 07/12/2023, Start Time 10:30PM, Face-to-Face 150 minutes, End Date 07/13/2023. The DOS goes into the next day because of the 150 minutes.
