Error Type: 4410 Financial information has not been completed for this client

This error happens when the “Financial Information is Complete” box is not selected on Client Account Screen.

Fix: Make sure the client has completed all necessary financial information documents completed. Then navigate to the Client Account screen and check the “Financial Information is Complete” checkbox.

  1. Click the Search
  2. Type “Client Account” in the search
  3. Select “Client Account (Client)” from the search results.
  4. This takes you to the Client Account Click the “Financial Information is Complete” checkbox.
