Website Remains Fully Accessible to All Users
While CalMHSA will soon require a unique username/email and password for specific sections of the website — such as “Billing Documentation” and “System Administration Documentation” — all areas are currently accessible without a username/email and password. An initial change last week to require login information resulted in some users not receiving welcome emails or being unable to create a password. Plans for password-protection of certain areas continue and are expected to be complete later this month.
CalMHSA Connex Team to Host Office Hours, Training June 26
The CalMHSA Connext team will host an office hours and training session June 26 from 11 a.m. – noon. All counties participating in Connex are encouraged to attend. Please register here.
Following the June 26 session, in lieu of individual cohort meetings, office hours will be held bi-weekly for one hour each through August and then monthly through the remainder of the year.
The office hours sessions are designed to provide counties with training opportunities and address any questions or concerns directly with the CalMHSA team. Additionally, counties can always reach out to schedule individual, ad hoc sessions as needed, and any current standing meetings for individual counties remain scheduled. Questions can be directed to [email protected].
New Web Page Displays MSP Release Notes
CalMHSA has created a new web page displaying the Streamline MSP release notes for all MSPs that have been loaded, as well as the status of where the MSPs are currently loaded. As additional MSPs are loaded into QA and eventually Production, those release notes will be available on this page for easier visibility.
Reminder: Datapalooza Data by June 14
To ensure a smooth process and avoid delays, CalMHSA encourages counties to submit their Datapalooza data ahead of the June 14 deadline. Early submissions are processed sooner, which allows for faster feedback and quicker resolution of any issues.
To submit data, send files to Roksana Dahl at [email protected]. If you have already entered the data manually, confirm your submission by emailing [email protected] immediately. Please note that submissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
More information is available here. To import Datapalooza data, a spreadsheet is available for download.
