Care Coordination Basic Setup

Configuration Key: TurnOnCareCoordinationWorkflow

This configuration key will turn on the Care Coordination functionality. This will allow you to use the disposition section in any screen it appears in. This is required in order to automatically associate a client with a program (e.g. put the client in Requested status). See Setup Which Dispositions Will Allow for Program Entry and Setup Which Programs Skip Requested Status and Are Auto-Enrolled for more details.

This configuration key should be set to “Yes”. By default, this configuration key is set to “No”, per county feedback and decision. Counties may choose to opt into using this by changing the configuration key to “Yes”. CalMHSA recommends using this functionality, at least for the program association, as this allows users to refer a client to a program they are not associated with.

Global Code Category: InquiryDisposition

The global codes in this category will show up in the Disposition field. The subcodes for each global code will show up in the Service Type field.

This global code category can be edited by counties for their use cases. This includes deactivating existing codes and subcodes, adding new codes and subcodes, and re-ordering codes.
